The IVER3-580 is a fully autonomous underwater vehicle designed for marine applications such as environmental research and surveillance. Easy to transport and program for remote missions, it can operate for up to 8 hours at speeds ranging from 1 to 4 knots. Equipped with advanced technologies like two sidescan sonars (600/1200 kHz) for mapping the seabed, a 2.35 megapixel camera with a strobe light for capturing clear images, a special system to maintain a safe distance from the ocean floor, and a collision avoidance sonar to avoid obstacles, the IVER3 is perfect for safely and efficiently studying the ocean.
